We manage data collection to produce and mechanise information in accounting procedures in line with the corresponding General Accounting Plan criteria, whether this be for the self-employed, SMEs, large companies, international businesses, the real-estate sector, or others.
We perform the day-to-day accounting tasks for our clients to obtain financial statements that enable us to offer them advice and develop economic and financial analysis tools. Processes to take financial and investment decisions.
We bring books up to date through the reconstruction of accounts and draw up internal audit reports.
Trading companies
At the end of the accounting year, we produce and legalise trading companies’ official books.
In close collaboration with the Legal Department, meetings are convened and conducted with the shareholders and, once the annual accounts are approved, the necessary documentation is drawn up to be deposited at the Commercial Registry
Tax
We deal with quarterly or monthly tax obligations, placing the activity under the corresponding heading. We look for the most favourable tax option for the client and carry out a quarterly review of any accounting data for tax optimisation, for both trading companies and for the shareholders. We support the Legal Department in tax claims and inspection procedures.
The Management Department also carries out the Income and Corporation Tax campaigns during the months of May to July.
Employment
We support the integral management of your company with our employment services, with a team of qualified specialists in Employment and Social Security Law, working closely together to address all employment obligations.
We are present in the daily running of the business: creating payslips, monthly settlements with the Social Security and the calculation of future recruitment costs. At all times we support the client and are mindful of any regulatory changes, whatever the legal structure of your professional or trading activity.
